3:let me use a regular screwdriver you can normally get the drill and put in a little bit I am gonna grab this on the back side normally you would grab it on this side where you see this drill bit because you do not have access to the back side it is normally the reason why you use the well nut,

4:then you will see it got a snook down it is tight on this side and it tightened up on that side, it have bulged out the bottom that little brass insert in there pulled up against that metal tore, now you can not get this screw out of there so that is basic purpose of the rubber well nut many different applications many different use
